Caravan fire tragically kills father of two
Posted on March 02nd 2009
Police and firefighters were called out to an explosion in a caravan park near Loughborough. They are still investigating the cause of the explosion that killed a father of two in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Neighbours tried to extinguish the fire, however it proved to fierce for them. They tried to bash the windows in and drag him out, however the flames were too much for them to handle.
Family and friends of the man that died are believed to be devastated. His daughters have honoured his memory until his body is released by holding a get together for him in his local.
The landlady of his local told everyone that he had been her favourite punter. His daughters spoke of him as the perfect father with a wicked sense of humour.
