Putting off caravan maintenance could cause problems in future
Posted on September 25th 2008
Caravan maintenance is one of the most important aspects of owning a mobile home, perhaps second only to enjoying its charms.
Cleaning a vehicle inside and out should be a top priority for owners if they intend to keep unwanted pests from their vehicle.
An infestation of mice can be prevented by making sure damage to the floor of a motorhome is fixed immediately as well as by keeping surfaces clean at all times.
If a rat or a mouse does gnaw into a caravan, however, it can be easily and quickly fixed with some simple DIY.
Some rodents may chew through wiring though, which calls for an expert to fix the problem.
As such, caravan insurance must be updated regularly, even if a caravan is simply sitting on a drive.
